For example, when you pay your $29 monthly bill on January 1st, you’re paying for a list of up to 1,000 subscribers from January 1 to January 31.
If you change plans during that period, you’ll see the following on your next bill:
- A refund of the pro-rated amount for any unused time on your existing plan
- A charge for a pro-rated amount for any remaining time on your new plan

ConvertKit Refund Policy
ConvertKit offers a 30-day refund policy for all plans, including annual plans. But take note, they don’t refund or pro-rate payments made more than 30 days prior to the request.

Final Thoughts
ConvertKit has been transformational for my blogging career.
It took me from a handful of subscribers on a dead email list to an active, growing list that generates extra revenue for my business.
To try it for yourself without spending anything, you could always start with the Free plan.
But if you already know you want more advanced features, like automations (which I use all the time), then the Creator pricing plan is what you need.
